The Food Production Course is a 6 months certification course where the student learns about the basics of Food Production. They touch upon the basics of different vegetables and herbs, spices, meats, fruits and how to use them in Indian and continental cuisines. The course also includes 6 months training at a star hotel in the Food Production department.

Eligibility: 10th +             Duration: 6 Months+ 6 Months Internship
