1. Course Cancellation by the Student

Cancellation before or after the Course Commencement Date:
If you cancel your enrolment
before or after the course commencement date, no refund will be provided for
the course fee. However, under exceptional circumstances, such as medical
emergencies or other valid reasons, we may consider providing a credit for
future courses. This will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
2. Course Cancellation by Gesto Culinary & Hospitality Academy
2.1 In the event that we need to
cancel a course due to insufficient enrolment, unforeseen circumstances, or any
other valid reason, we will notify you as soon as possible. In such cases, you
will be offered the option to transfer to an alternative course or receive a
full refund of the course fee paid on referring another student into the
alternative course.

provider and banking institutions involved. We will make reasonable efforts to

fees, uniform fee or any other non-refundable fees, are not eligible for refund
under any circumstances.

courses, schedules, instructors, or any other aspect related to the program. In
such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance and
