Mr.Lawrie Colaco - Head Marketing & Sales.
A Graduate in Hospitality Management from Edinburgh Napier University, UK and with a Masters Degree in Hotel Management. A freelance writer with various publications like the O Herald & The Navhind Times. He also writes a monthly column on Goan cuisine in Musitainment. He is a member of Hotel & Catering International Management Association (HCIMA).

Joana Pereira e Azavedo - Faculty for French and Hotel Accountancy.
She is a B.Com graduate from St. Xaviers College, Mapusa, Goa and MBA with specialization in Accountancy from Sikkim Manipal University and has 7 years of teaching experience at IIAS, IHRM, Kohinoor College of Hotel Management and in various Hospitality management colleges in Goa with 4 years of Industrial Experience in Auditing and Accounting. She also has a passion for Francophone Studies which drives her to explore and learn the language.

Rochelle Conceicao - Senior Counselor and Student Acquisition Officer Has completed her B.A. in English and Diploma in Grooming and Personality Development. Has vast experience in Aviation and Hospitality working in institutions in India and the Middle East. Has also worked with Frankfinn, Qatar Airways and IAM-IHM.

Nieseeth Behera - Manager for Operations
Former Deputy Center Head, IIAS –Goa, is a graduate from IHM Bhubaneswar, with 4 year’s industry exposure and above 8 years of academic experience, currently pursuing Masters in Tourism and Hospitality Management is presently assigned as Manager-Operations for Gesto culinary and Hospitality Academy.

Jayanta Kumar Bose - Food & Beverage Service faculty
A graduate in science from Burdwan University and Diploma in Hotel Management & Catering Science from DSMS, Durgapur, West Bengal. He has 17 years of work experience with various brands and chains of hotel across the nation and also with various Hotel Management Institutes like N.S.M.S Durgapur, Heritage Institute of Hotel & Tourism, IIAS School of Management. A core expertise in Guest Service Management and Mixology.
