Master of Science with specialization in Food & Nutrition), Diploma in Food Craft Course Certificate course in Bakery & Confectionary. She carries along a vast experience of over 23 years in various capacities. Her contribution in the field of Culinary and Cookery are noteworthy. She has been a member for Board of studies and subject expert for renowned universities like Sri Venkateshwara, Osmania & S.V University. She was also the cookery advisor in ETV.

Krishna Kishore - Academic Head at Gesto, Vijayawada.
He has over 6 years of academic and 4 years of industry experience. He completed his Bachelor degree in Catering Technology and Culinary Arts from Culinary Academy of India, Hyderabad followed by M.Sc in Hotel Management from Annamalai University. Starting his career with one of the renowned Taj Kitchens (Taj Residency, Hyderabad), he also gained experience in International Cruise Lines with Princess Cruise Liners, USA. With over 10 years of Culinary Experience, he was trained by the finest Chefs in Cruise Line Galleys and has a profound knowledge in Food Production. Kishore is a modern era Chef, possessing innovative culinary skills and specializes in Food Production, International Cuisine, Facility Planning and Kitchen Designing.

Mr.K.Vijay Babu - English Communication Faculty.
A Certified Post graduate in English Literature from Nagarjuna University, Guntur and PGCTE from English and Foreign Language from Central University, Hyderabad. He also handles Human Resource Management subjects.

Mr.J.RaviKumar - Front Office and House Keeping Faculty.
He has 2-years of industrial and one year academic experience. He specializes is in Front Office and Housekeeping. He has a Bachelor degree of Hotel Management & Catering Technology from Andhra University, Visakhapatnam. His industrial experience is from Hotel "The Park", Visakhapatnam as a Front Office Executive and Academic experience from Andhra Pradesh productivity council as a Faculty for Housekeeping and F& B service.

Chef Sai Krishna Thunki - Faculty in Garde Manger & Culinary Arts.
His work experiences include Working in Culinary Academy of India as Senior Chef Demonstrator for last 10 years in Garde Manger, Culinary Arts, Food Sculpture and Indian kitchen. He has also worked in Indian Institute of Hotel Management & Culinary Arts as Chef Demonstrator from 2010 to 2011 in Garde Manger. He won the Silver Medal in "The Great Indian Culinary Challenge 2006" Butter / Margarine Sculpture Category, Conducted by Express Hospitality held at World Trade Centre, Mumbai. His areas of specialization - Food Production, Patisserie, Garde Manger & Culinary Arts. He has also completed Industrial Exposure Training at Indian School of Business Gachibowli, Hyderabad.

S.Ram Kumar - Food & Bevarage Service Trainer and Placements Head.
He Started his journey with Hotel Viceroy and proved to be a “Best Employee”. Having decided to give back the success to the society, he has joined the academics. His Qualification is DHM & CT, MSc Hotel Management and he specializes in Food & Beverage Service / Management. He Plays active role to develop and strengthen the relationship with the hospitality industry for placing the students in various hotels. Organized sessions like orientation programs, grooming sessions, mock interview for all students. He trained and motivated students in attending cocktail and mocktail competitions. Also an active member for securing prizes and accolades in inter & intra-college competitions.

Nagendra Babu - Basic Training Kitchen Faculty.
He has a Bachelors Degree in Catering Technology & Culinary Arts, at Culinary Academy of India (IACT & CA) in Hyderabad in the year (1996 - 99) affiliated to Osmania University. He has extensive phenomenal work experience of 14 Years. With 2 Yrs in Hotel Industry, 4 Years in Cruise Industry and 8 Years in Educational Institutes. He is an expert trainer in Basic Training Kitchen with an objective to introduce beginners to Kitchen set up, fundamentals of ingredients and cooking skills. This qualifies the fresher to go to the next QTK.

Rekha Naidu - Faculty Accommodation operations.
She is a qualified DHMCT, M.A, worked as ex Housekeeper for Khatt springs Hotel U.A.E, Taj, Le Meridian, Ramada hotels with the experience of six years and teaching experience of five years. The importance of housekeeping in hotel industry is to maintain a good hygiene and high standards in a very competitive market. Housekeeping is the largest department in all hotels and their basic duty is service delivery to the customers. It is very important to have a good housekeeping department for the guest comfort, safety and health. Housekeeping lab trained the students with responsibility towards work with immense knowledge to function the departmental operations.

Cheruku Sravanthi - Academic counselor.
Started her Career as HR- Administrator with Suntek software Solution Company and completed MBA in Human Resources Management from JNTU University, Anantapur(2009-11). She has also participated in Management meets at Gates College & Jagan’s College. she has conducted and activly took part in Bizdom meet at St.John’sEng.College- Kurnool.

Fayazuddin - Food Production Faculty.
Graduate in Catering Technology and Culinary Arts from (IIHM & CA). Known for his Innovativeness, immense knowledge in F & B industry. Started his career with Club Mahindra Hotels & Resorts as a Demi-chef de partie. He brings in a lots of experience gained from 5 star hotels and practical knowledge in commercial cooking techniques. He has hosted cookery shows, “What A Taste” program in Vanitha T.V channel.

Mr. D.V.V.S Kumar - Faculty for Food and Beverages Service.
Graduate in Hotel Management from Setwin Hotel Management College, Hyderabad. He has 15 years of work experience with various brands and chains of hotels across the nation. He also worked with Passage Thru India Resoterent, in Malaysia, and also worked with Pace Institute of Hotel Management, Tirupathi. He is a core expert in Guest House Service Management. His teaching expertise lies in the areas of total quality management, strategic management, and leadership.

Ms. E. Abisha Shirley - Soft Skills and Communicative English
Ms. Abisha Shirley is trainer in English language & Soft Skills with a passion for lifelong learning. She holds her Masters in English literature from Acharya Nagarjuna University. Her immense experience in training; displays excellent skill in creating diverse and comprehensive training programs. She has always been an outstanding public speaker throughout her educational career. She has passion for learning and training people, Sound knowledge of grammar and vocabulary and always smile on the face with a continuous urge to excel.
